Viewpoint – $20k Off Titled Lots Terms and Conditions

1. This document is known as the “Viewpoint – $20k Off Titled Lots Terms and Conditions”, which will be promoted by PRD Bendigo and Integra (Vic) Pty. Ltd. via direct email, text message and sales meetings from 15^th February until 28th February 2025.
2. The Viewpoint – $20k Off Titled Lots Terms and Conditions promotion will be referred to for the purpose of these terms of conditions as “the Promotion” and Integra as “the Promoter”.
3. PRD Bendigo are the sales agent who provides contact details to the Promoter will be referred to for the purpose of these terms and conditions as “the Referrer” and the person/s referred as the “Referred Person”.
4. The Promotion will commence at 09.00am (AEDST) on Saturday 15 February 2025 and closes at 16.59pm (AEST) on 28 February 2025 referred to as the Promotional Period.
5. The Promotion is a reduction of $20,000 Inc. GST for titled lots sold within the Promotion Period. The discounted Purchase Price will be set out in the Contract of Sale that the Referred Person enters into.
6. To be eligible for the discount, the Referrer Person must enter a Contract of Sale with the Promoter by the end of the Promotion Period.
7. The Referred persons’ contact details will be added to the Viewpoint database and they will receive marketing material. If at any time the Referred Person does not wish to receive further marketing material from the Promoter, it can be unsubscribed to by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing emails or by contacting the Promoter on (03) 5322 5999.
8. The Referred Person can only enter a Contract for one discounted Lot.
9. The Referred Person must execute a Contract of Sale to purchase a lot at Viewpoint and effect settlement of the purchase of the lot in accordance with the terms of the Contract of Sale.
10. The Referred Person must purchase their lot at Viewpoint directly from the Promoter or Referrer in order for the Referred Person to receive the discounted price.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to change or discontinue the Promotion at any time.
12. The Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any additional fees or charges are the responsibility of the Referrer.
13. The Referred Person agrees to the use of their name/s for promotional material as decided by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
14. The Promoter may, at it’s sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in the Promotion by any person who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

1. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory, where required.
2. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any expenses associated with the redemption of the gift or giveaway.
3. Any tax, liability or duty arising from an individual’s participation in the Promotion, is the responsibility of the participant.
4. The Promoter will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the Promotion on any account whatsoever.
5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
